of the permit is made in any way suitable for the buyers (a company or a private
person) and a patient:
For companies A
company can make payment of the permit by T/T.
For
this a company sends an application letter requiring reservation of the needed
quantity of the rooms for the required time by fax of the sanatorium +7 (0912)
28-77-22 (reserve +7 (0912) 28-78-54).
A category of the room for accommodation
is mentioned in the letter as well as inquiry to issue a bill for payment to fax
of the company. Information on rooms and prices can be clarified by telephone
number (0912) 28-78-63.
Upon receipt
of the application the rooms (if available) are reserved, and a company receives
a bill by fax within a day. A permit will be awaited for a colleague of the company
in the sanatorium and will be issued at his name in the day of his arrival based
on letter of attorney of the company.
A company can make payment of
the permit in cash. A preliminary order of the room
can be made by telephone +7 (0912) 28-78-63 or fax +7 (0912) 28-77-22 (reserve
+7 (0912) 28-78-54), indicating that payment will be made in cash in the day of
arrival. The money will be accepted from a colleague coming to rest or from a
person accompanying him in the day of arrival under a letter of attorney.
Other
terms of payment such as netting process, a bill of exchange require preliminary
agreement, checking and completion. (Head: +7 (0912) 28-78-52). For private
persons The payment can be made in cash in the day
of arrival or by transfer from bank account to the account of the sanatorium.
Any case an order of the permit must be done beforehand by telephone +7 (0912)
28-78-63.
If
the interval between payment by transfer and arrival day is not large, please
take a copy of payment document with a bank confirmation. |
